OCMP is dedicated to insuring that your experience with us is entirely positive. We've heard all the questions but some a lot more than others. What constitutes a meal?
A meal is valued at $7. Example: If you spend $3.53 at a restaurants then .504 meals is deducted from your balance.
OCMP uses "meals" because it makes it easier for parents and students to accurately plan for the entire semester.

Can I add additional meals if I run low?
You can add any number of meals at any time either online, over the phone, or through the mail.

I’ve bought a 10 meal plan. If I don’t use my 10 meals in one week, can I make them up in the next week?
Yes. When you purchase a meal plan, you are purchasing a total number of meals. You can use these meals at anytime throughout the semester.

I've noticed that my favorite restaurant is not part of OCMP. How can I get my favorite restaurant added to the program?
First you should contact OCMP by telephone at 888-211-6267, or online at info@ocmp.com to let us know that want to see a specific restaurant added to the program. Second, you can go to your favorite restaurant and tell them that you want them to participate in OCMP. This will encourage them to contact us to join OCMP that much sooner.

How do I get a statement with my account usage?
You can log into your account and view all your transactions real time. Transactions will be listed by date, time, restaurant, and amount. Create a web login

My card was lost or stolen, what should I do?
Login to your online account and report your card lost or stolen using the menu on the left. Your old card will be immediately canceled and all your transactions and balances will be transferred to a new account. A new card will be mailed out to you right away. You can print a temporary card using the menu in your account which you can use while you’re waiting for your new card to arrive. Create a web login
OCMP cannot be responsible for lost cards not reported within 24 hours.

Do meals transfer from semester to semester?
Meals do transfer form week to week, but not semester to semester. At OCMP we always encourage members to order fewer meals than they think they may need. You can always add meal in any denomination and at any time. Each meal cost the same whether you order them together or individually later on.
We are incredibly flexible. If you end the semester with meals remaining and need them to transfer, please contact us at 888-211-6267 and we will do whatever we can to accommadate you.

Is there a semester fee for the OCMP plan?
Yes. There is a $35 per semester fee that is included in the price of the meal plan. This is paid when the card is activated for the first time in the semester. Meals added to active acounts are not charged the $35 semester fee.

I've ordered the 5-meal plan, which is 5 meals a week for the semester, I’ve only eaten 5 meals a week but have run out of meals, how can that be?
When you order a meal plan, you are actually ordering a total number of meals. For example, the Five Meal Plan equates to 5 meals a week for a fourteen week semester (number of weeks per semester may vary, 14 is an average number of weeks based on previous years). If per chance the current semester has more than 14 weeks then you will run out of meals assuming you have eaten 5 meals a week. Subsequently, the inverse is also true. If any given semester is shorter than 14 weeks you will have extra meals at the end of the semester and should plan accordingly.

I’ve forgotten my PIN number. How do I find out what it is? Can I change it?
Every OCMP card comes associated with a Personal Identification Number or PIN number that is initially generated by our system.
You can retrieve your PIN or change your PIN by through your login. Or, feel free to give us a call at 888-211-6267. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I've added meals to my account. When will those meals be active?
All orders will be active within 30 minutes. If you have ordered and your card is not working, give us a call at 888-211-6267 and we will resolve it for you immediately.

What should do if I find an error on my statement?
If you find an error due to restaurant over swipe, multiple swipe, or non-delivery, then contact the restaurant first to correct the transaction. If you feel the issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then contact OCMP and we will have the issue corrected for you. We can be reached by email at info@ocmp.com, or call 888-211-6267
